John 8:12
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12 (NIV)
Sometimes I get lost in the shadowy spots of daily life. I run headlong into places I have no business entering and have no idea how to go forward or turn back. I freeze. Without Jesus, I'm blind to my situation and see no escape.
When I'm confused and unable to find my way, the Lord guides and returns me to where I belong. I trust Jesus to give me His peace. I can reach for Him in prayer, and He leads me back to His holy Light. - Heidi Gaul
Faith Step: Close your eyes and take a few steps. Be careful and take it slow. Open your eyes. Then pray for Jesus's light to shine on obstacles you're dodging as you walk with Him.
